6.1 Seal and material surface integrity attributes may be linked to a number of variables in process parameters, equipment, or material, as well as environmental (room temperature and relative humidity). Visual characteristics of suspect integrity defects in primary packaging, including material and seal areas may provide evidence of potential cause.
